What is Escrow?
Very simply defined, an escrow is a deposit of funds by one party for the delivery to another party upon completion of a particular condition or agreement.
How Does It Work?

Buyer, seller – cause escrow instructions, most usually in writing, to be created, signed and delivered to us. We will do all necessary for the preparation of your escrow instructions and documents.

We will process the escrow, in accordance with the escrow instructions, and when all conditions required in the escrow can be met or achieved, the escrow will be “closed.” Each escrow, although following a similar pattern, will be different in some respects, as it deals with your property of polymers and the transaction at hand (see picture).

Why with us and not directly with bank?

We control the process from the begining to the end,  with these services linked to polymer business:

  • controlling of polymer documents

  • inspection of polymers before delivery

  • tracing delivery

  • inspection of polymers after delivery

  • monitoring of polymer claim (logistic & qualitative)

  • assistence by laboratory proofs of defective material

  • handling the value of claim

  • surveillance of claim compensation

  • more than 20 years experience
